Greenbelt Home Care

  • Provided to children of families who do not have insurance or coverage for immunizations
  • May be scheduled with a Well Child Physical or separately
  • Available for ages 6 weeks through 18 years
  • Vaccine is provided by the Iowa Department of Public Health through the Vaccines for Children program
  • Fee: $2.00 per immunization for administration and record keeping.
